Working Time: Monday To FridayProcessing Time: We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing time may be longer during peak shopping periods.
Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping. Standard shipping typically takes 3-4 business days to arrive. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors.
Shipping Cost: If you buy products above $150, we will give you free shipping and if you buy products below $150, we will charge $8.5, $12 and $15 shipping rates respectively, you will have access to choose from the list on the checkout page.
Shipping Area: We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and internationally handled by DHL Express and USPS. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, and in this case, we might contact you before processing the shipping.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Order Changes/Cancellations: If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at bliven@hitthegym.clothing We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders may already be in the shipping process and cannot be changed or cancelled.
DAMAGED PACKAGES IN TRANSIT: If you find a package to be damaged in transit, if possible, reject the courier package and contact our customer service. If the package has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for next steps.
